UCLA Trauma Reactivity Scale for DSM-5 (UCLA)ΒΆ

The UCLA is a 31-item questionnaire used to assess PTSD symptoms. When answering the questions, the child should think about the traumatic event that is most bothersome to him/her currently and rate the frequency of symptoms in the past month.

Domains Assessed: Distress Tolerance, Trauma

Note: The UCLA is administered to participants ages 5-18 who have indicated experiencing traumatic experiences in the past.
